1. General
MERAIS O.E.
This website and online store are operated by the company MERAIS O.E., based in Greece (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
The use of the website and the execution of transactions through it implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice.
The modifications are effective from the moment of their posting on the website
2.Products
The Company makes every effort to ensure that the information, descriptions and photographs of the products are accurate and up-to-date.
There may be slight deviations in color, shade or details, due to lighting, screen. These deviations do not constitute a defect.
All products are available subject to availability.
3.Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT).
The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed upon completion of the order.
4. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes a purchase offer. The order is considered complete after confirmation of payment or cash on delivery.
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of technical error, unavailability or force majeure.
5. Payment Methods
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
In the case of cash on delivery, the order is held for a specific period of time and non-receipt may lead to future restrictions on the possibility of cash on delivery.
6. Missions
Shipments are made through partner courier companies. Delivery times are indicative.
The Company is not responsible for delays due to third-party carriers or external factors.
7. Returns & Withdrawal
The consumer reserves the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days, in accordance with applicable law, except in the case of:
• products that have been used or worn,
• products that are not returned for hygiene reasons (such as earrings).
Returns are made exclusively after prior communication with the Company.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the website or its products, beyond what is expressly provided for by applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content of the website (texts, photographs, logos, designs) is the intellectual property of MERAIS O.E.
Any copying, reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
10. Personal Data Protection
The Company fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is collected and used exclusively for the purpose of processing orders and is not transferred to third parties, except for those required for the execution of the contract.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Greek Law. The Courts of Athens are responsible for resolving any dispute.
