MERAIS O.E. ships to the following countries:
• Greece
• Cyprus
• Bulgaria
For shipments to any other country, the interested customer must contact the Company in advance, in order to examine the possibility of shipping and determine the corresponding cost.
The availability of shipping methods, delivery time and cost may vary by country and are displayed upon completion of the order or upon contact.

Shipments are made through partner courier companies or other available methods, as they appear during order completion.
The choice of shipping method is made by the Company, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Cash on delivery
The cash on delivery service is provided only where available and is displayed during order completion.
Failure to receive a cash on delivery order may result in a restriction on future use of that payment method.
7. Responsibility Upon Delivery
The Company’s liability ceases upon delivery of the order to the shipping company.
The customer must check the package upon receipt and immediately inform the shipping company or the Company in case of visible damage.
8. Non-Receipt of Order
In case of non-receipt of an order and its return to the Company:
• shipping and return costs are not refunded,
• the order will only be re-executed after a new charge.

MERAIS O.E. reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
The changes are effective from the moment they are posted on the website.
This Policy is governed by Greek Law. The Courts of Athens are competent to resolve any dispute.
