3. Bank Deposit
In case of bank deposit, the order is processed after the deposit is confirmed.
MERAIS O.E. reserves the right to cancel the order if the deposit is not completed within a reasonable time.
Any bank charges are borne by the customer.
4. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is only available where it appears as an option during checkout and may incur an additional charge.
Failure to receive a cash on delivery order may result in:
• non-refund of shipping costs.
• limitation of future ability to use cash on delivery.

All payments are made in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
MERAIS O.E. is not responsible for additional charges that may be imposed by banks or payment providers, especially for transactions from abroad.

7. Failed or Incomplete Payments
In case of failed or incomplete payment, the order is not considered complete and is not executed.
The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to technical issues of third-party payment providers.

MERAIS O.E. reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time.
The changes are effective from the moment they are posted on the website. This Policy is governed by Greek Law.
The Courts of Athens are competent to resolve any dispute.
