MERAIS O.E.
This Returns Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing the return of products purchased from the MERAIS O.E. online store and applies in addition to the Terms & Conditions.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The withdrawal is exercised only after written communication with the Company within the above deadline.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:
• have been used, worn or altered,
• are not returned for hygiene reasons, such as earrings,
• are not in their original condition or packaging.
The above cases are not considered defective products.
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
• be unused,
• be returned in its original condition,
• be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
The Company reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the above conditions.
The return is made only after prior communication with the Company and approval of the procedure.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a proven error of the Company.
In case of an accepted withdrawal, the refund will be made within a reasonable time, using the same payment method used during the purchase.
For cash on delivery orders, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
In the event that the product is delivered defective, the customer must inform the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, sending relevant documentation (e.g. photographs).
The Company examines each case individually and takes the actions provided for by law.
In cases of non-receipt of an order (especially cash on delivery), the Company reserves the right to:
• not refund shipping costs,
• limit the customer’s future payment options.
For any issue regarding returns or withdrawal, the customer may contact the Company through the contact details listed on the website.
This Policy is governed by Greek Law.
